Abstract: 

As a document that has aligned the plans and efforts made by different organizations, Iran’s 20-year outlook document has been emphasized by the Supreme Leader, for security is a scientific alternative required by the society where theories that don’t comply with Islamic values are unfortunately utilized. Therefore, explaining concepts and then security theories that are based on Islamic worldview constitutes as one of the most important needs that should be fulfilled. This article tries to study and explain the components of the Towhidi (monotheistic) security of Iran's 20-year outlook document, in addition to explaining part of the concepts and theories related to the Towhidi security. Then, the main question is: "which of the components of the Towhidi security exists in IRI's 20-year outlook document, and what quality, status, and relation do they have in relation to each other in terms of an explanation on the basis of the Koranic and Islamic principles?". To answer the above question, an "Ijtehadi" (reasoning on the basis of Sharia) method is used on top of library-documentary studies, with Iran's 20-year outlook document as the main authority in this article.

Abstract: 

Iran 20-year outlook document has many security parameters from whose context the dimensions of security in political, economic, military, scientific, social, health care, environmental and cultural domains can be drawn out and explained. For this purpose, the article seeks to scope out the cultural security in the outlook document, and to scrutinize the parameters of a culturally secure society, the threats against cultural security and the courses of action for attaining security as worked out in the IRI 20-year outlook document. The methods of documentary-library studies will be used in order to achieve the intended objectives, with the method of answering the questions being attributional analysis. The findings of this research indicate that achieving the delineated objectives in the outlook document require the establishment of a culturally secure society that is capable of being recognized with parameters such as “ethical society”, “ethical standards and Islamic values”, “development consistent with cultural contingencies” and other cultural parameters. Based on the parameters contained in the outlook document, cultural security could face threats at three levels, namely human, national and strategic. For this reason, considering the parameters of providing cultural security is necessary that include giving inspiration, deepening social justice, establishing a secure and ethical society, consolidating the Islamic and revolutionary identity, relying on Islamic values, consolidating the social compatibility, protecting the lawful freedoms, total deterrence and well-planned and well-thought-out collective efforts. The structure of this article includes a conceptual examination of security and cultural security in Chapter 1 and a study of cultural security in the Outlook Document, as well as the threats against the cultural security and the means of attaining cultural security in the 20-year Outlook Document in the next chapter.

Abstract: 

This paper aims to study the realization of scientomertic criteria of Iran's 2025 outlook document. Utilizing content analysis and scientometric methods, the mentioned criteria have been analyzed in three categories: Scholarly publications, Technology and Innovation and International collaboration.The results indicate that there is no significant difference between current and ideal scientometric criteria in scholarly publications, technology and innovation. But in the field of international collaboration it is completely different.Finally, the predicted goals in the 2025 outlook document have been achieved in the quantitative scale but a comprehensive strive must be considered in the qualitative approaches.

Abstract: 

This research is to survey the relationship between foreign policy of LR.R. and perspective document in reaching regional superior power. For the first time, in this document, regional approach has been put forwarded. The concept of regional superior power in the document has been taken from two aims: reaching to upper place of scientific, technology, economics, and an effective constructing interaction in foreign relations. The aim of this paper is to investigate foreign policy challenges in adopting constructive approach in Iran's foreign policy. Therefore, in the first part of this paper, it is pointed out to meanings and idioms of outlook. In the second phase, the background of regionalism in Iran's foreign policy before and after the Islamic revolution has been taken into consideration. In the third phase, the concept of dimensional challenges of Iran's regional power has been surveyed. In the final part, a short assessment of ninth government's foreign policy in relation to implement of outlook document has been put forwarded.

Abstract: 

Explaining the interaction between Iran and Central Eurasia and discussing its role and function, The author have tried to examine the problem which Islamic Republic of Iran is faced, and some solutions that are put forward for them to enhance this role and reinforce national interests. In fact, the article is in some way a kind of introduction which looks, critically, at the main factors of marginalization of Iran in his relation to this region, compared to the roles played by others in the same region. The self-defined role of Iran in the region is in contrast to the role it has played in other regions and issues, so it has been faced with significant obstacles from within and without, remaining marginalized in the main game.

Abstract: 

One of the most frequent rules in various areas of demonstrative jurisprudence of Two Major Sects of Islam religion is a rule that is known among Shīʿa as “tolerance in the evidence of traditions” (Arabic: التسامح فی أدلّة السنن) and in Sunnī as “latitudinarianism in documents” (Arabic: التساهل فی أسانید). Believers in the general application of this rule have based it for reasons such as consensus (Arabic: إجماع), tradition famous through practice (Arabic: الشهرة العملیّة), and rational judgement (intellectual judgement) and a group of aḥādīth (Arabic: أحادیث, plural form for ḥadīth, literally “talk” or “discourse”) called “Akhbar-e- Man Balagh” (Arabic: أخبار من بلغ). The understanding of the aforementioned narrations and the extent of application of this rule has caused a conflict of opinions among scholars. The narrations containing the excellences of suras of the Holy Book of Quran is one of the fields of application of the rule of tolerance. The present research has explained the types of exposure to this group of narrations based on the rule of tolerance by using descriptive-exploratory method and using library sources and seeks to find a suitable approach about narrations of the excellences of suras (chapters) of the Holy Book of Quran. The interaction with these narrations is organized based on a special reading of the rule of tolerance in the selected approach, which is based on a rational interpretation of the contents of Man-Balagh (Arabic: من بلغ)’s narrations and is compatible with the indications of some verses and traditions. The use of weak narrations containing the excellences of suras (chapters) will be permissible based on this approach considering three conditions and without any certainty of attributing these narrations to Sharʿ (Islamic rules).

Abstract: 

The purpose of this research was to identify the factors affecting the professional development of school administrators in the horizons of the vision document of 1404. The research approach, qualitative and method of the theory of data have been considered. The statistical population is the experts in the field of educational management. Purposeful sampling was used to determine the samples of this research and to determine the group of experts. Targeted sampling means the targeted selection of research units for acquiring knowledge or information, and includes the selection of units or research samples based on the purpose of the research. In this research, based on theoretical foundations and background of the research, and using a semi-structured interview with 24 specialists and experts in the field of educational management and middle managers and senior managers of the Ministry of Education with a Ph. D. degree and a master's degree in educational management The semi-structured interview was conducted. As a result, the indicators extracted from the analysis of the interviews were confirmed, according to the theoretical adequacy of the data and the researcher's theoretical saturation. By analyzing the content of the interviews in three stages: Open, Focused and Selective Coding, Factors Affecting the Professional Development of School Managers in the Horizon of the Outlook 1404, in eight main categories; Technology, Religious, Cultural, Individual, and Social, Economic, political and organizational. Management in the education system is very important. So, if there is to be an evolution in the education system, this change should start from the management of the system. The role of the director as an educational leader should be such that, with a view to the future, which is one of the strategic needs, the educational institution can help at least one step in advancing its goals. The educational system of Iran needs to change in order to realize the transcendental ideals of the Islamic Revolution and with regard to the changing environment of the future. As the Supreme Leader has said, we need to change in education and education. Therefore, managers who have the right to decide in a futuristic educational system and provide innovative solutions must have the skills needed to carry out their duties and functions (Darwishi et al., 2014). Improving the skills of educational managers improves their potential in solving managerial and educational problems and increases the confidence level of their decisions (Sharma and Jane 2013). In a world where the unbridled pace of scientific and technological developments in various fields has made planning for the future a necessary, yet highly complex, expertise, planners and planners of educational systems are no alternative but to speculate on future developments. And they will not be looking for ways to adapt and adapt to them. On the other hand, the document on the fundamental development of education, based on the vision document and based on Iran's horizons in 1404, has increasingly focused on the future of schools. If we talk about schools at 1404 and future schools, we should determine the status and the location of schools and the way in which they are managed, and in order to achieve this goal, prospective approaches and the 1404 vision document and the educational status of society are examined. (Lotfi et al., 1390). One of the most important upstream documents and guidelines for public sector policies and programs is the vision document. Based on this strategic document, on the horizon of 1404 AH, Iran will be the country with the first position of economic, scientific and technology in the region, with Islamic and revolutionary identity, to be inspirational in the Muslim world and with constructive and effective interaction in international relations. . Government executives must take decisions that are necessary to achieve the goals and status defined in the vision document, and for this purpose it is necessary to have the competencies required to function effectively along these lines (Rahnavard, 2011). Based on this perspective, the school is a manifestation of the achievement of the Tibetan life, the center for the provision of services and educational opportunities, the basis for understanding and correcting the situation by students, and the continuous development and development of their identity based on the Islamic criteria system, within the framework of philosophy And the direction of the public education system of the Islamic Republic of Iran with features such as self-esteem, responsibility, self-esteem, trust, self-confidence, efficiency, entrepreneurship, avoidance of longevity and dependence on the world, empathy, respect, trust, timeliness, Order, Seriousness, Sacrifice, Lawmaking, Criticism and Innovation, Appreciation, Defending the Disadvantaged and Oppressed The values of the Islamic Revolution (The Transitional Document, 2011). Developing and recreating the role of leadership in schools with knowledge, skills, and optimal matching with new situations in the educational system seems necessary. In many countries, increasing attention is paid to the role of school principals in the face of changes in the 21st century (Brakman, 2008). The professional development of school principals is the basis for the development of education, because leadership in schools has a direct impact on learners and plays an essential role in developing student learning quality and leads educational leaders in the face of change The environment is more efficient (Keeney, 2008). All these issues and responsibilities have greatly increased the pressure on school principals. That's why many researchers, policymakers and educational organizations are working to find a solution to this problem. In this regard, today focus is on the professional development of school principals, as a key component of these strategies and educational reforms. Therefore, the researcher intends to identify and present the factors affecting the professional development of school administrators in the 1404 and answer the following questions: 1. What are the factors influencing the professional development of school managers at 1404 horizons? 2. How are the factors influencing the professional development of school managers at 1404 horizons? Abstract: 

Purpose: The present research aimed at finding an answer to the question of the process of influence of cyberspace on Iranian Poetry in the future, and the influence of cyberspace on various aspects of poetry such as content, its audience, the poet, the media that published the poem, the process of composing the poem, the rights of the author, and Globalization of the Iranian poetry. Method: The Delphi technique was used to carry out this research. A group of experts comprising professors in the fields of Communication and Literature was selected. The expert’s opinions were collected and analyzed through an in-depth interview, a questionnaire based on the Likert scale, and by the execution of three stages of Delphi rounds. Findings: Accordingly, considering the content, the experts predicted that due to the impact of cyberspace, the quality of the poetry will be reduced and consequently, the language of poetry will become simpler and close to prose and it will only reflect the daily events of life. Regarding the audience, they concluded that the audience’s selection power will be increased, however, we can differentiate between the public and professional audience. With respect to the sender, there will be no phenomenon of multi authors, and regarding the channel, the experts agreed upon Media Convergence besides, the poets’ agency in publishing their own poems will be increased. Conclusion: Experts believe that the spread of communication technologies will make censorship ineffective. This is the only case in which the group believes in the impact of technology on the future of poetry. The group of experts did not reach a consensus regarding the impact of technology on the phenomena such as publication of author’s poems as one’s original work and the Globalization of Iranian poetry, thus, analyzed these items in the framework of the human agency.

Abstract: 

Purpose: Something that happens in the future of a scientific field depends on today's view of young people about the future. The perception of young people from the future and their conception of the future is very important. The purpose of this study was to imaging the future of sports science from the perspective of educated youth. Method: The method of the present research is qualitative and exploratory research and in terms of purpose is applied research. The statistical population of the study included educated youth who are familiar with sports science and the snowball sampling method was used for interviews and theoretical saturation were obtained with 23 interviews. To analyze the data, the content analysis method has been used to obtain the information of this research. Findings: The results show the future of sports science among educated youth consists of seven main concepts that include: hope for a green education system, excessive interest in working in the sports industry, basic reengineering, relative disappointment from the ability of authorities, social position through academic education, desire for empowerment and lack of skills, injustice, and utilitarianism. Conclusion: Finally, by observing the mental images of the youth, it can be stated that sports science will move towards the dystopia if the current situation continues, and it can move towards the utopia with fundamental changes. In this direction, the stakeholders of sports sciences need to be together and disagreements need to be managed as well as arbitrariness of sports science professionals should be reduced.
